There ARE jobs available!

This morning at Brock University, Teacher Candidates (including myself) attended a presentation by the Ontario Teachers' Federation, and it was super informative and interesting to listen to all the resources and opportunities currently available to teachers, especially through ETFO.  Susan Swackhammer, the First VP of ETFO, was hilarious in her approach to informing us about all the great things the teaching profession and ETFO have to offer elementary teachers.  And most importantly she told us that YES! there are jobs coming available for new teachers!  As much as I have learned through my classes at Brock thus far, I can't wait to get out into the field again and learn through classroom experience.  Excited for the future!
